What gets deleted

Account profile. Name, work email, employer, role, and any authentication tokens we store for you.
Customer data. Records pulled from your connected sources (Salesforce, HubSpot, ad platforms, web analytics) and any attribution outputs derived from them.
Conversation history and memory. Chat sessions, saved memories, automations, and skills tied to your account.
OAuth tokens. Access and refresh tokens for every connector are revoked at the provider and removed from our database.

Request deletion

Email hello@soclar.ai from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". We will:

Confirm your request within 5 business days.
Revoke OAuth tokens at every connected provider (so future webhooks and refresh attempts are rejected at the source).
Delete account data, customer data, conversation history, and memories within 30 days of confirmation.
Send a final confirmation when erasure is complete, including the list of systems wiped.

Revoking third-party access yourself

You can revoke Soclar's access at any provider directly. Doing so stops Soclar from pulling new data, but it does not delete data we have already received. To remove existing data, you still need to email the address above.

Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs. Remove the Soclar connected app from your CRM admin settings.

Backups and logs

Encrypted backups roll off on a 30-day cycle. Operational logs (error reports, request traces) are retained for 13 months and then purged automatically. After deletion, your data persists only in these rolling stores and is not used for any purpose.

Legal holds

If we are under a legal obligation to retain specific records (for example, an active investigation or unresolved invoice dispute), we will tell you which categories of data are held and for how long. Everything else is deleted on the schedule above.
