Who we are
Soclar is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered in Sweden at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For privacy inquiries, contact hello@soclar.ai.
Information we collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Account information. Name, work email, employer, role. Used to operate your account and contact you about the service.
- Customer data. The data you connect to Soclar: Salesforce records, web events, ad spend. Processed on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.
- Usage information. Logs, error reports, and aggregate product analytics. Used to operate, debug, and improve the service. Never sold.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process account information under contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in operating a service (Article 6(1)(f)). Customer data is processed under your instructions as data controller. See the Data Processing Agreement for the full terms.
How long we keep it
Account information: as long as your account is active, then deleted within 12 months. Customer data: per the engagement contract, usually deleted within 30 days of termination. Usage logs: 13 months.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors (cloud hosting, AI inference, error reporting) listed on the security page. Auditors under NDA. Authorities when legally required, with notice to you unless prohibited.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@soclar.aiand we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority (IMY).

Cookies

Changes to this policy
